This bi-annual event brings together 350 – 400 people interested in networking with community services exhibitors at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. On May 25th, the theme will be “Wellness is Prevention”. Erin Hart from American HealthCare Group will speak about Health Care, Health Insurance and the Cost of Both.
Who should attend?
This event is open to the public and provides information needed by Service Coordinators, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Nurses, and related professionals.
What information will be available?
Exhibitors and speakers will provide information about community resources available for both families and seniors. Non profits, health care providers, and health plans will be on hand to answer questions and provide hand-outs.
