Service Coordinators, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Nurses and any individuals interested in networking with these exhibitors and attendees are invited to attend.

You are invited to attend the 2nd Annual Where to Turn Resource Fair on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
The event will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
The day will consist of an Exhibitor Fair and speakers who will provide information about community resources available for your clients. Please feel free to forward this invitation to professionals who may be interested in attending. There is no fee to attend and a boxed lunch will be provided. You will be given an event program that will list the vendors in attendance as well as other community resources.
