Clinical Events Coordinator (Seasonal)

American HealthCare Group is currently seeking Clinical Event Coordinators to send to our events and on-site screenings/vaccination clinics.

This is an independent contractor position for our Immunization Clinics running from ~Sept-Jan.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Pick up and drop off of supplies and paperwork to the main office (located in Greentree, PA)
  • Administering paperwork for clinics
  • Assisting clinicians with non-medical duties as needed
  • Handing out information on American HealthCare Group’s programs

Ideal candidates will be friendly, customer service oriented, and able to manage stressful situations.

Service Coordinator

Part-time

Responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitating access to available services and entitlement benefits
  • Scheduling on-site educational and service programs
  • Working closely with residents to develop activities that meet social, health, and recreational needs
  • Developing a monthly newsletter or calendar of events
  • Organizing and facilitating a Resident Association (club) and provide ideas for fundraising
  • Assisting residents with any issues and concerns that they may have such as transportation issues, employment resources help with their bills, money management, homemaker services, gaining access to community resources and social service agencies

This is a part time position that will not lead to full time. Hours will be weekdays M-F.

Mandatory Requirements: College degree with 3 years of social work or a customer service related field experience High School Diploma with 10 years of customer service related field  experience

Pay: $15.00 Hour

Registered Nurse

Part Time

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) who would like to work part-time on an as-needed basis. We are based in Allegheny County but have clients throughout Southwestern PA.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Administer vaccinations at senior apartment facilities, senior centers, corporations, and community events
  • Perform various health screenings, biometric assessments, and results counseling at community and corporate health events

Nurse Coordinator

Part Time

The nurse acts as a liaison between the facility residents and the Supportive Services Team at American HealthCare Group. They communicate and deliver the programs to the residents and report the results back to the plan designers.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Help promote residents’ participation in programs and events at the facility
  • Coordinating clinical and medical providers at facility sites
  • Establishes a regular presence at the client site to develop relationships with residents
  • Meet with residents who express some interest or concern about their well-being
  • Take residents blood pressures

Job Locations:

  • Kreider Commons, Lebanon, PA – 2 hours per week
  • Carrick, PA – 2 hours per week

Phlebotomist

Part Time

Immunization Event Coordinator

Part Time

1-3 years related experience in an office setting.

Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate superb computer skills being proficient in excel, and able to work in fast-paced environment with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Track Inventory of Supplies and Immunizations
  • Manage immunization inventory
  • Track supplies for ordering
  • Follow up with clients regarding scheduled clinics
  • Follow up on vaccine totals needed and updating into scheduling software
  • Coordinate with staff for pick up and drop off of supplies
  • Pack bags for clinics
  • Track clinic packets to make sure they are returned
  • Check clinic packets for correct billing information
  • Enter immunization clinics into scheduling software
  • Record immunization totals
  • Track Overs and Unders on immunizations
  • Keep track of Clinic Summary sheets
  • Schedule immunization clinics through client calls and emails

This is a Part-Time Seasonal position August through November

Compensation $16/hour
